lol yeh umm I didn't have any paint brushes so I use a make up brush (lol) and the black splottys I used a can of hairspray (lolol) which is black...
So this is Neon, I'm still deciding if that should be his name or not D: but I wuvs him anyway.
soooo yeh...this looks so much better in real life..apart from the tail which decided to give me grief..and you can probably still see that on the bad photo...
