I ABSOLUTELY KILLED MY PICTURE WITH WATERCOLOURS, CURSE IT!
The girl was sketched, inked and then coloured with pencil crayons, but then I wanted to try something new AND MURDERED MY PICTURE! EVERYTHING IS RUINEDDDDDDDD!!! ARGHHHHH!!! AND MY SCANNER KILLED IT SOME MORE, AHHHH!!! CURSED SCANNER, CURSED WATERCOLOUR, CURSED WATER, CURSED CRAPPY BRUSHES, CURSED CRAPPY PAPER. AHHH
Okay, I'm done. So this is for my RL friend since her birthday's on Thursday (she has no deviart account) and I'm just going to glue it onto a piece of cardboard paper or something. Anyways, so I was TRYING OUT SOME COLOURING TECHNIQUES such as MIXING MEDIAS and this is the HORRID RESULT. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED with it I'm SAD THAT I'M GIVING IT AWAY. I just hope I get better so it won't look so shameful >.> But I DO LOVE MY WINGS WHEN THEY WEREN'T RUINED. I LOVED EVERYTHING BEFORE I RUINED IT ALL!!!!
Okay, so I wasn't done, but I am now. Hope you guys like it! Or actually, I hope my friend likes it!
Art and gift for my friend, SO DON'T STEAL!

Watercolor can be a hard medium to master, believe me, I know!
Practice makes perfect, so try painting some practice pictures to get the hang of it before you try it on a serious picture.
And I really like the design you used for her clothes; the sleeves are especially cool.

The whole pic is really nice, I don't think you screwed it up. I hope your friend liked it, cause I think it's wonderful!
Anyways, I was just browsing through art when this one caught my eye. I think it's pretty, I love all the colors!

This is cool ^.^ I'm actually trying my hand at watercolors too. x3 So far, all I did was color my character's hair.
