My part for the ShinXChange on DeviantART. I personally like how it is coming out, though since I'm not the best at drawing furries AND clothing, it may be a little off in those respects. I haven't inked it yet and I'm a bit afraid to do so, but I probably will and then color it. Also, the outfit is a combination of what the original character was wearing in the two references provided, along with a few designs by myself. Mainly how the top is made, where it cuts off, and the strip of fabric on the one shoulder. I also made the pant legs more like bell bottoms. Background will be done, though I'm not sure what yet. I'm thinking I might do a sort of 'Candyland' BG since she said bright, colorful areas. So I figure that will fit good. Who knows?
This did take me forever, since I tried to put in a little perspective in the sense of her pose. That took forever. And don't even get me started on the hair. Haven't drawn it in over, what. Three, four years? Ah well. I personally like it, and I used my own as a reference since mine is actually naturally curly. Which is a bit bothersome...
One last thing. She is not wearing goggles--those are the markings that go across her eyes. And no, I still haven't figured out the best way to draw an anthro face from the front view. Only the side and partial 3/4 views. Not all the time though. Awr.
