This is a concept of a uniform design for an member of Administration. Administration of what? I'm not sure yet. I've only got bits and pieces of what I want going on in my mind, and who knows whether it will ever see the light of day, or the Internet, but I just wanted to get uniform design down.
I say uniform, but it's really just a template of the basic components of a uniform. The Administration don't all wear the same thing. There are some things in common with all of them that. First, the face masks. They all conceal their faces other than their mouths (how else do you yell at n00bs?). Second, that little circle of a brooch she has? It's mean to have an emblem of the Administration/Company on it, so they all have one in some form on their person. Third, they're uniforms do have some sort of straight-line to them. They're generally clean and tidy.

I don't understand the mask. I mean, is it see-through? Also, nice design style, I like the way the hair is transparent, showing the back design. I see this quite often in professional character design.
