great job and improvement on the eyes, face and hair. Usually the full hands with all of the fingers are shower; otherwise it will look a bit awkward. Also, the legs must be longer; An average teenager girl is about 5 times they're head length and this picture is about 3 1/2. If you remember that, it will help you a bit more with proportions
