Basically, in his realm, he's just a normal part of how things go. Where he goes he brought blue skies. WELL before he used to bring blue skies now he only brings dreary grey skies ok.

Height: About 7'0 but HE SLOUCHES ALOT and his hat is really huge so uh

Not alot at aaaaalll. Perhaps it's the smoke messing around with him, but he doesn't eat much so he doesn't weigh much.
