Broken Swing Set

Let me start off by apologizing for the blurriness.
My camera does that every now and then.

Anyway, this was a project for my art class. Back in October we took a field trip to a local cemetery in order to find good compositions (we didn't necessarily have to stay IN the cemetery, the surrounding area was pretty), and I noticed there was an old, broken swing set.
I had to balance myself (awkwardly) between a stone fence, a bunch of ivy/leaves/branches, and an old tomb stone in order to get the picture the way you see it in the painting.
I'm proud of my photography skills.


This was supposed to be done in an impressionist style, so I don't know if I accomplished that...
Done in acrylics on an 18"x 24" canvas panel.

Obviously I'm not concerned with whether or not you can see my bedroom wall.
