Zethymirboy

raggen88.deviantart.com and I were talking about zethymir, and how he was like as a kid, before the raid. ( text http://maquaii.deviantart.com/art/Damaged-Soul-93666135 )
I figured he would be a mamma's boy, loner, but usually joyfully.
Raggen figured he would run around catching animals, and bringing them home and ask his mum if he could keep em.

Now Ferrians don't judge a book by it's cover, not because of any reasons of moral, but because thats just the way they are. So no matter how ugly the critter might look it's the behaviour that attracts Zethyboy's attention.
Imagine the animal splashing his front feet into the water, like in the movie on youtube where the cat keeps hitting a cactus with his paws (poor thing.) Then it dives into the water, and turns up on the other side of the river doing the exact same thing there.
Human kids might be charmed by cute looks, Ferrian kids are charmed by cute behaviour.

He looks older then a 6-7 year old i guess, but then again Ferrians grow quickly in their first years and then it slows down considerably.
Zethymir has always been tall though. (but i guess i should have painted him more younger looking)

I kinda feel sorry for him even though he's a character, thinking this might have been few hours before the raid. So happy, so glad and then everything is taken away.
To then turn into a cold person who believes he's got no value at all.
Well not right away, that is something that happens through the years. At first he will feel that he is worthless, and since he was saved by Jatekhs father he'll do whatever he asks of him, whether he likes it or not. His sole purpose becomes to obey Jatekh's father (later Jatekh.) And he does it to such an extent that people around him fear him, and sometimes they look at him with disdain, and since he was a kid around then he wanted to be loved of course. So he was torn between being accepted and being obedient to Jatekh's father. And since he looked at himself as worthless, love was unattainable. So since he desired it and he was "beneath it", he hated himself for desiring it and loathed his "petty" desires. And therefore started to grow colder, and then being hated even more.
