This is a WIP. It came over a discussion the night before Christmas Eve with a friend of mine. We came to the conclusion that Santa went to Japan to train to be a NINJA. Only because he breaks into one's home with a huge-ass sack, sets presents out, eats cookies, and vanishes without even waking the cat. Go fig.
I'll draw him out in action poses, ect. This just a concept. I'll ink it later.
