I love the mask - gasmasks for the win.
Her eye would be closer to the bridge of her nose, and be triangular, not ovular.
The checkered pattern is a little too confusing to the eye; it takes focus off her face.
Her breasts would be further down and there would be a mark/"wrinkle"on her neck to coincide with her head turning.
She's very well done(!), with a few touch ups she would be perfect.
