I don't know why, but I like loli's in pajama's.
In mangas, I think the head of a loli is always a little big. In the rough sketch, it looks weird, but with some clothes on, pajamas respectively, she looks fine. :)
Agreeing with Blue Ninja, the rough seems very awkward, but all comes together in the clean final. So I'd say you're fine. Very very cute too c:

i like the size of the head, big or not. it looks good. so it works. i also like to see the process on how you did it. thats interesting. i never really measure my characters height. but you did an awesome job on doing that.
