Gift: Blond in the Wind

Gifty for kakumey kaguya. Its her character Kaguya. She watched me on christmas, so I figured I owed her a little gift.
This is such a weird pic for me. Two things I don't normally do; cell shading and drawing girls. Holy crap, I have missed cell shading. Good ol' cell shading... There was just no way I was gonna blend all that hair.
