Whoop, new DEADline: Tuesday character. Well, she's not really new; been around pretty much since the conception of D:T, but I've just never gotten her onto paper until a few days ago.

Valerie Shinohara; a rising actress who was born in the States to Japanese parents. The outfit she's wearing isn't really her "default" outfit - it's more like a winterized version of it. She usually wears a puffer vest with a short-sleeve white t-shirt underneath, no leggings, and pumps instead of boots. Seeing as this season is a bit colder, though, I put her in more appropriate attire. Not much else to say about her other than she's a main character.
