This is the chess goddess, Kaissa, or Caissa. I drew this for a friend. I played chess too, some years ago.
I miss the sensation you get while playing. I wish I could start again...
I love this.. The colors are so beautiful. I really like the atmosphere in this picture; she looks at ease, inspired and concentrated. She doesn't seem bothered by her busy suroundings. That's really something you feel when you play chess; you're in your own world agaisnt the other player!
