Hmmm, looks a bit too western too me. But I think that's the style you intended it to be?
The only thing that really gets me about this, is that the markings look out of place. (They're slightly inaccurate, but that's besides the point.) It looks to me as if they're cardboard cut-outs, placed over Shiranui. I think this is because of the way you have drawn the fur, and that the markings don't follow the flow of the fur.
However, the detail is nice. Shiranui's fur and those feathers in the wings are very good.
my friend is obsessed with this game. nice work, the composition is really strong, but i concur on the markings thing- they're a bit harsh. also, hte toning seems a little inconsistant because some places have intese gradients and some don't. nice linework.
