This is a wonderful piece of work...I think your problem is that their heads are a little too...skinny...I'm sure if you took them into PS and used transform to widen them a little, you'll see what I mean... I hope I'm not being too forward...^^
Man's head is a bit too tall, both of their heads are a bit too skinny, as ^^^ said. Also, the shading needs more than one layer, and the text is a bit low res. Otherwise great. Good work on the girl's hair
