Old Work: Chloe Webber

Finally decided to upload some of my older banners that I was originally too proud to put on the internet.

This one was made I think the day after I watched "Fear Her", which I thought was a good episode, but not as good as some of the others. But hey, it catered to some of my tastes in story execution...
