Mr. Happy and Little Miss Sunshine; humanized.
I'm going to try to humanize all the Mr. Men and Little Misses. Why is Mr. Happy a Doctor? Well, the clip on the official site has Mr. Happy examining Mr. Stubborn and stating "I went to Medical School, Mr. Stubborn." So, he's a doctor. And Little Miss Sunshine is a hippie because she just seems like it. I find these two to be a cute couple.
