If you're going to use pathing tools, trace over hand drawn work unless you are going for a very cartoony style. There are too many unnatural looking shapes along the outline. If you can't get the shapes right by hand the computer ain't gonna help you.
Practice foreshortening a lot before putting it into a finished picture, it looks awkward at the moment. And practice drawing the peoples a lot more, look at your own hands at least. The one in the picture is far too spidery and the wrist is too thin. Also her nips are gigantic and that must the most supportive bikini top ever made.
Light source is also directly behind the woman but the shadows and lighting pay no heed to this, which is odd.
I find this site kind of useful for pose references, although personally I'm looking to get to some life drawing classes soon: http://posemaniacs.com/
Anyway, the colours look well chosen to me and suit the image :)
