The connection between the carefree country girl and the angsty city boy, ahaha.
The artwork is beautiful, as it always is, as well
This reminds me of family roots, how the girl is in such old style clothing, then the tree is still a sapling, and the boy is modern with telephone poles and a much larger tree. It just struck me as a family tree thing over a love connection. Either meaning, this is a beautiful piece.
