This is Orteás, also known as Koschmár, the Architect of Dreams. He creates nightmares, craving to watch people suffering in their sleep. Under common circumstances he would wear black glasses, because he hates what he sees when looking into a mirror without them. But if this is the way he looks at you, you gained his trust, because you once saved his life. In that case, you are his master. And although he may not be your biggest fan, I assure you that you command the most loyal servant you could possibly look for. He'd follow every order you'd give him, because there's nothing he would do to distract your plans (which include stuff like ruling the world etc.)
