I like this a lot, but I feel like you can really make it into something more. It's like you're holding your breath, and something more can come of it.
As a friendly critique/suggestion:
I would make this more contrasty, make your blacks blacker, etc. Also, Her eyes are so expressive, but you can do so much more with them. Try taking your dodge and burn tools, and burning the edges of the iris, and then dodging the highlights in the center. Give them more of a contrasted highlight to make them pop.
This is really good, but it could be really great.
