the face has a slanted look to it- the eye on the right is up higher than the left and the direction of the hair strands on the right makes it look even slantier. the colors are pretty good and the anatomy otherwise looks right. i suggest experimenting with color theory and complimentary colors more though to create a better sense of depth.
