The toning is quite charming, but her facial features seem quite lopsided against the angle of her chin and cheeks, for 3/4 view. They seem much higher than they ought be. So does her closest shoulder, actually. It might do to take more time to align things against each other, though each part alone is quite well done, they do look a touch off as a whole.
