A Wall of Pantomime

I stand facing you, a wall of pantomime
Crying out in silence, tears streaming up my face
Slovenly I wait in order, calm, I bide my time,
My breathing slows and my heartbeat stills it's pace

Crying out in silence, tears streaming down my face,
I stop up my sorrow in it's bottle, and again, I smile,
My breathing slows and my heartbeat stills it's pace,
My mask is adorned by false pretenses, for naught but to beguile.

I stop up my sorrow in it's bottle, and again, I smile,
Slovenly I wait in order, calm, I bide my time,
My mask is adorned by false pretenses, for naught but to beguile.
I stand facing you, a wall of pantomime

This is a form of poem called a Pantoum.
Reminded me of Pantomime, which led me to paint this picture of the masks we wear.
