When my family was in Gatlinburg for a family reunion, me, my uncle, and a few of my cousins went on a trail. Well a Park Ranger came and told us that there was a bear near the trail. Well we got up to it and it was in the forest still, close to the trail. I tried to get a picture of it, and my camera beeped! The bear lunged at me and scared me to death! Anyway this was after when everyone backed off and allowed the Bear and her cubs to pass, I have some of the cubs that i will upload later.

AWESOME PICTURE! I've never seen a bear up close in real life before even though we have lots over here. But I'm sure I wouldn't want to meet one. It must've been really scary when the bear lunged at you!
