After project Mewtwo has failed, Team Rocket researched further, and created two brothers in two seperate containment tubes. They were created using diferent kinds of pokemon mixed with the mewtwo's DNA, which this last was perfected for stability. The project indeed was a success, but just like mewtwo, they ran away, leaving the lab into dust. They searched far and wide for a place to stay, and guess what, they found this human that has hundreds of lucarios, and the same objective... erradicate team rocket.
Okay, now talking art.like, this is a sprite I did using mewtwo, lucario, houndoom and scyther (for the arm-blade things). Strength of each is almost like hellurio, and together they may as well beat the crap out of him, but that ain't gonna happen. And all this done with MSPaint, no photoshop used.

For a Pokemon splice, this is actually good looking. I could tell Mewtwo and Lucario was sued, but it didn't occur to me that Houndoom or Scyther was used.
My only complaint is the multiple lightsources, the shading needs to be consistent. Some areas I can point out:
1) The tail and body, the shine is coming from opposite directions.
2) I assume the suffs around the arms and legs are metal, so they would have more of a sheen to it.
3) The horns on the back of the head would be darker, since the lightsource is coming from the front of the body, the horns are behind the ears so the lights is partially blocked off.
