Mizuno Tsubaki is an indie singer from perfecture Otani in Hasama Island, Edo. She has the devil Yuki Onna, a youkai who manipulates water. When the devil inside her body was uncontrollable, Tsubaki became an enchantress that allure all men and later kill them off. But after the big incident where hundreds of men disappeared, the crews of Black Veil Abbey took a move and cleansed the devil within Tsubaki's mind. Then, the devil sometimes appeared as a pretty woman who called Tsubaki " My Daughter".
Tsubaki has the ability to control the flow of water, also to shape anything out of water. She can also freeze the air with the help of another meister (the wind meister) and cast some status magics.
