Well.. whoda thank'o this?
No, but really, I am proud to say that after owning a very cheap electric Yahama piano for around.. well, some months, though not many, I am finally able to play it enough to... To say that I still suck. The main reason being that I never practise. Yes, I have noticed that that is a major factor in the learning curve. I have probably practiced so little, that I should have been able to practise this much in only a month (when looking at the hours I have spent on the piano. For instance this month: around 1,5 hours).
Anyhow, albeit I know this 'melody' definitely is off-beat now and again, and that the recording equipment sucks, as does the piano (but mostly me), there is still something here to be had. Indeed, I believe that if I practised enough I could become a very good pianist. But why do that when I am very fluent in writing shit? I should become a politician.
OH! EDIT: I forgot to say that this is my own 'melody'. Unless I have heard something like this aeons ago and now all of a sudden I could play it on the piano without knowing that I have heard it before. In other words: MINE!

It has potential, why not add some simple chords with the left hand to give it some depth and pad it out a bit, it's definitely worth working on!

yes listen to Sally and get the old left hand working . Otherwise I think it is fine. I will send you the bill for this structured comment of mine later.

It's a good background melody to work with. You can have fun playing around and adding to it. :)
