Sketch Release 2: Black Alley Cast

Been doing some NPC creation for a little bit.
This small cast is WIP of a new area called Black Alley
By day it's a normal small village alleyway behind houses, much like the alleys found in Hyrule Town Market of OoT.
By night the walls peel up in ghostly shreds, demonic and otherworldly denizens set up shop and deal the night away.

-Bogs runs a Ghostly Theater Troupe, himself rhyming in odd and quirky speech, welcoming you to the show of haunted delights. Extremely tall, he stoops down to talk to passerby, all the while rubbing his boney hands together in anticipation for possible funds. His head cocks back and forth in rythm, much like an off center metronome.

-Erlay is a lost soul, murdered by his former life long friend
(the friend wished to take his fiance)
He stands in the alley, living a death with no resolution.
Your job is to collect his fragmented memories, eventually restoring him to his former self, and if done correctly, back to the world of the living.
Erlay's shirt is paper thing, with the only human piece of him left being his heart which glows with each pulse, brightening his chest cavity with pinkish purples and casting shadows off his rib cage
