Very pretty, though I could suggest something more in the background rather than just a sky. Maybe a pattern? It'd also be better if you practiced a little more on drawing circles by mouse. Not that your circles are horrible, it's just that a better job could be done. But for its genres you've definitely pulled out the art well. The lightness that surrounds the more solid colors gives it a pleasant look that is a profit to the art. It's simple and to the point art that gets the message straight, something that is better than throwing in a bunch of lines that could make the whole thing cluttered.
Anyway, is that lollipop cotton candy flavored? I want a cotton candy flavored lollipop, now.
