Fox Hunting

Can you see the smile that I paint one my face for you to hide the tears you cause? Do you feel my trapped sprit even as yours soars? Does my broken heart bleed upon your pure white snow? I'm so sorry for all the pain you cause me, for all the suffering you put me trough, For all the tears you have made me shed, for all my blood you have spilled, for all the abuse you have heaped upon me, I'm sorry for it all. If I could fix it all I would, if I could change the past I would, if I could risk it all again I never would!

Do you know how shattered my mind is? That I've lost my heart? That my soul has been torn to shreds? Did you ever care about me? Was I some passing flirt? Not even worth a memory? I'm not sorry for the rage in side me, for all the joy I feel every time you hurt, for all scars I've caused. If I could tear out your heat I would, if I could cause you as much pain I would, if I could make your tears flow I would, if I could repent of these sins I never would!

Can you see my smile as I torment you? Does it break your heart to see the insanity you've thrust upon me? Do you wonder at night if I ever truly loved you? I'd say I did but I can't remember any more, I'd say I can only remember the pain you've caused for so many years, I'd say I'm love with your pain, I'd say I need more. If I could break the addiction I wouldn't, if I could save you I wouldn't, if I could apologize I wouldn't!

I would hunt you like the vermin you are. I would revel in the vision of your terror. I would even spill your hot life on to the cold ground. I would love you all the more during the fleeting moment. I would forever hate you, long after your gone. I would never mourn, I've forgotten how over the many years. I would never forget, no one could ever forget someone like you.


any how this is my some what done entry for ~tarnish-leaf's contest over on VP I've got a poem-ish thing that goes along with the art, and explains some of the markings.

And yes! that is a stylized music note on the back leg and side! I listen to loads of music when I draw so why not? If tarn doesn't end up using this one after the contest, I think I'll steal it away for a fursonna, or a character :p (yeah I'm not sure if it was a him or her, so it could be either o.0 even the poem can be for a girl or guy )
