Random Villain Thingy

Some idea that popped into my mind. Wanted to design some random villain guy for a upcoming role play thread on my forum. Didn't turn out exactly what I had in mind, but it's a start.
This is some maverick guy. Basically he's some sort of skull that can take over the bodies of other reploids to do his bidding. I have not yet come up with a fitting name, nor is this design final.
