Splash leaves her hair in Wave Action even when she's not fighting. Splash's hair turns to water and it flows like a waterfall. While in Wave Action, she can form into water, or transform into mist. When Splash is near any body of water, she can become extremely lethal with her element. Splash surfs on her hair. xD
