Took a break from my other projects.
This one is going to be a vector hopefully by time I'm done with it. LOL. Here's a start. I just finished the lineart and then was starting the fill a little bit... as you can clearly see. This is a character from my manga. Her name is Noelle Frost. I thought it appropriate to work on a picture of her due to how chilly it's been outside lately. :p
