Kenny obviously got injured up in some way and Kyle is giving him a ton of pain killers to ease the pain....
Lately I've been drawing SP like there's no tomorrow, but when I found out that the amazingly talented BABYHiP finally up reposted her site I about died. Her art got me into KennyKyle so of course I wanted draw the pair because I haven't drawn them in forever.
