Eye gets caught on the monster, passing over the evil drool and all, before passing back to the see the volcano and that hazy sun. It's all lovely, it's all good.
Perhaps add something to make the transition from monster to background easier? I dunno, a few birds curving from the arm/head to the volcano or something.
