Jones, Ianto Jone (AKA: Yan!)
started out as a doodle of Ianto(during Algebra), and slowly morphed into a 9/10/Yan looking person...but it's supposed to be Yan. I had the hair PERFECT until US History, then I messed it up...TT_TT

But remember that the top of the ear is in line with the eye and the bottom of it goes down parallel to the nose. And the neck isn't too long; it's that the shoulders need to be wider. I hope that this helps in the future. :)
