DocEggman that I was gonna do some art for it a looooong time ago and today I finally did it.
I'll try to get this colored sometime.
There's Sera/Sara/whatever sneaking from behind and pulling the good doctor for a kiss. He got so surprised he dropped his just acquired after lots of trouble.
But you think he cares right now?
And then there's Sonic on the BG thinking 'What does he has that I don't?'.
I made him all manga looking because
