Title unrelated.
Recent figure drawing project. I took a bit of an unusual direction, since we had just gotten a fresh shipment of animal/human skulls for reference. The figures are in the form of negative space (duh), though they're partially shaded with ground up conte wax crayon. I wish they were less disproportional, but the problem when working with this much charcoal is that if you screw up, it's extremely hard to fix, and I was unlucky enough to screw up fairly late into the drawing.
I'm still extremely proud of it, though. Easily the best drawing technically that I've ever done.
Charcoal + Contiq crayon on Craft paper. Roughly 5&1/2' x 3'. Average 8-9 hours, probably more.
