For our final project in traditional animation we have to draw our own backgrounds for the short, and if you haven't figured it out yet,
I do not like drawing scenery
But I started sketching out concepts the other day and decided to touch one up, and this is what I had in mind for Bobfleadip and Wayne's house (Bob owns the house and rents the left side out to Wayne)
Our final animation won't be in color and will be drawn on paper, but when I start animating the series in flash on my own time everything will be digital and in color so I just wanted to see what you guys thought of the color scheme so far, any thoughts about it are greatly appreciated (Note I will not shade the cartoons and I enjoy pastel colors more than any human should lol)
Basically this is just a rough concept, nothing is final, I just wanted to try something new

This sounds interesting! But the background seems a bit ackward, as if you started with 1 point then added more for the other buildings

I think if you stick with one point (though maybe pushing it a a bit up more) it would look a lot more interesting and focused on the house :)
