Dead Inside

Late at Night when a voice bekons you.....
Do you listen to it?
When its sounds farther away...
Do you follow it?
When it takes you to the stairs..and bloody footprints lead down..
Do you turn back?
And if you do walk down the stairs with spirits haunting your dreams..
Do you let out a blood chilling scream?
And when you get to the bottom and go to the next room...
What do you see?
When you realize you are seeing yourself, as still as death, pale white with screaming sins..., bullets in your skin
Do you believe it?
And suddenly the world goes dark
Your smile falls off and broken wings are revealed
You fall into yourself and as if in a trance you rise and walk back to your room
Blood dripping down you, scars everywhere on your body
Your bed now is a black coffin surrounded by candles
You get in it and close your eyes but before drifting off to sleep you realize..
your dead inside
