Now some people are gonna be like "What the hell?" at this. So I'll explain.
I recently found
multiple similarties between the game Ace Combat Zero and the anime Code Geass. This is mostly a voice-acting joke (Suzaku's VA, Yuri Lowenthal, did Solo-Wing Pixy in AC0, and Lelouch's VA, Johnny Young Bosch, did "PJ" in AC0)
PJ talks about his girlfriend a lot when you meet him and when he's your wingman, and the end of the mission he says he has the bouquet for his and his girlfriend's wedding, Pixy comes along and shoots him down. So that's the joke here. Lelouch talking about marrying his "girlfriend" (He doesn't have a CANON girlfriend, by the way) and Suzaku comes along with the ol' Spinzaku kick. Suzaku also says a Pixy quote at the end of the comic.
Originally, Lelouch was going to be talking to Gino, but since I knew for certain Lloyd's voice actor (Liam O'Brien) did two voices in Ace Combat Zero, he was more fitting.
I'm a dork. That does crappily drawn comics in Photoshop for no reason.

Poor PJ, I hope he resurrects so he can marry his girlfriend. ;_; Wait, so the Pixy guy actually asks the other guy if he's still alive after shooting him down? o_o Or is it just a random quote?
