The Tether Broken, The Debt Collected

Ah, Asbeel and Reese. I don't know what it is: when he's Cade, their relationship is pretty normal. Then something goes all weird and stuff and they angst. Maybe because it has something to do with the fact he's genderless in angelic form. Who knows.

Well, I do, but it gives away too much.

Anyway, third book stuff -- Chalbys is no more -- or at least broken away from Asbeel -- but Asbeel made the mistake of taking up his old sword -- a holy relic -- to fight off the Liberatus. The Imperium were not happy. Thus, Asbeel gets dragged off.

The scene following would not be so sad, however: Reese knows the Elohim's limitations. After she let slip her temper, she'll figure out a way.

Anywho, randomness aside. Costume based on Asbeel's pre-Fall outfit. He still has the stump though. Can't fix that one easily.

Might colour and clean up sooner or later; posting to let people know I survived the wedding and am still alive.
