My PotC-RPG char Yuriko =) I'd some japanese girls as kind of guide ^^
She was a Geisha until some pirates had kidnapped her. After they sailed around Africa she was brought on a ship of the spanisch fleet and so she was captured in the brig together with James Norrington. But they couldn't talk because she couldn't speak englisch or spanish and Norrington wasn't able to speek japanese xD
Well...so time passed by and the spanish ship was attacked by some pirates. Some of the Black Pearl and some of the Senseless, which is the ship of a female pirate called Elena Black. Elena's men took Yuriko with them while Norrington was brought aboard the Black Pearl.
Because Elena is able to speek japanese, Yuriko wanted to tell her new 'captain' some tales and legends of her land, after she trusted the younger woman.
