As for the artwork, it definitely was a challenge. This character didnt have a set design so it allowed me to play around and experiment with her outfit. lol for awhile when i was sketching this, i just couldnt help but keep thinking about Pirates of the Caribbean
i ended up rewatching those movies again
Anyways, I went with a night scene because it's Rowena's favorite time of day, and well the rest of the info about her is really interesting
The background was a bit tricky, lmao i soo fail at water
haha but i really like how this turned out.

ok, i love it, but i am gonna be a bit nitpicky.
now, i thought when i said she was a drow, you'd pick up on the characteristics of that race, which is mainly the skin color ranging from grey to black. maybe i just wasn't specific enough...
while ro lives among humans, she is still very much a dark elf in the sense of her outward look, not her beliefs. now, i like the hair, but i pictured the red beginning further down.
ok, enough of that, i love the outfit you have designed for her, especially since i didn't specify one. i also love the sense of adventure.
