Okay . . . so, this is one of the main reasons why no Split Silver surfaced last week.

This is for AP Art . . . she wanted us to include Cubism, but it really wasn't working in my piece so she retracted it. Our assignment was to create a themed still life and paint a piece based off of it.

My theme is the destruction adults incur upon children because of their own problems.
If we keep destroying our children because of our selfish tendencies, where will it end? How can we ever give children back their innocence when we're so determined to prove to them how horrible the world is?
I had my innocence shredded like it was a butterfly's wing. I will never be whole again, but I refuse to hurt children because I hate what was done to me. We owe our children more than a set of failed promises and shattered smiles.

This is wonderful. I can see what you mean because of what's happening in my family now... It's really a shame. I got to keep my innocence for a pretty long time, but others are not so lucky. Children deserve so much more than what we give them.

Holy freakin crap.
