Magenta, one of my oldest characters, 6 years old now and still my fave =D!
This picture took an absolute age, but mostly as i was practicing how to make fire ^^.
This is my first picture using photo shop! and making effects.
I would like constructive comments as this is a big learning curve for me.
A good friends tutorial helped me on DA ^^.

Magenta has a slightly deep, but quite raspy voice,(Ryoko-Tenchi Muyo). Her eyes are always fixed with a hint of hidden rage and pain. She struts around like she owns the place, and uses quick and theatrical body language.
Magenta has a complicated past, of pain and control, which fuels her anger and hatred towards others. She's trusts no one but herself. She comes across as very confident and cocky, she laughs and the weak and challenges the strong.
Her mood can change from being playfully cocky, to a raging bull of hate. This can be her undoing has she lacks self control. Very rarely, you'll see a glimpse of loneliness and pain in her eyes. She never speaks of her past, although she seemed to of appeared out of no where.

Wow! You did a great job with the flames. I'm very impressed. The only thing I'd suggest is maybe have more contrasting lighting around her hands where she's close to the fire, so it looks brighter. That's all though. The pose is awesome!
