Human Vampire- chapter 3
Human Vampire
Chapter 3
Hate you

“Wake up” a firm voice said. I groggily opened my eyes, and looked into a pair of hazel eyes. I gasped and shot up. I glared daggers at Mason.
“You make me feel tired, and you want me to wake up!! Fucking Bastard!!” I screamed. I heard Rose gasp from the doorway. She wouldn’t just take; no, no she would not. She stomped over to my bed side, which I thought looked funny, and slapped my head really hard.
I gasped from the sudden pain, and held my head as I felt dizzy. When I finally regained my composure, I glared at Rose. “How dare you slap me!! You witch!!” I hissed. Rose just laughed.
“You are going to have to call me something worse to make me mad. I have already been called a witch before, so I am used to it” she laughed. I glared even harder. “How dare you insult me like this” I hissed.
“Like what?” Mason asked. I totally had forgotten that he was there. I stared at him for a second, wondering if I should tell him. I shook my head, deciding that there was no hope in telling him, it would make no difference. “It is no use telling someone like you” I whispered.
Mason glared at me. “Well then, I guess I should leave” he scoffed. I thought he was going to leave, but he stayed there. “Well?” I asked him. I wanted him to leave, that’s all I asked of God, just to get him out of my sight. He shook his head.
“You are going to school, that’s all I wanted to say” he said as he stalked off. I glared at his back. How dare he think that I, a vampire, would go to school, I thought angrily. I glared at Rose. “Well, it’s not true, right?” I demanded. She shook her head. “He is right, you should get ready” she said, as she walked off.
I glared at the door as she locked it. I saw no need for her to lock it, without my powers, I was nothing. I limped over to a dresser; one of my legs was asleep, but I wasn’t going to let a sleeping leg stop me. I picked out some jeans, a grey T-shirt, and a denim jacket. I looked down at my poor feet, they were covered in dirt.
I thought about cleaning them; for only a second. I decided that nobody would see my feet, so I would not clean them off. I looked around for a mirror. Instead, I found a white vanity. Oh, how I hated vanities. I walked towards it, very slowly; like something was wrong with it. I looked at the mirror, even though I hated them. I expected to see a girl that looked nothing like me, but, it looked a lot like me.
Her dark brown hair was very messy, her eyes were brown, and her skin was tan. That was how I looked when I was still human. I was supposed to have neat brown hair, purple eyes, and pale skin. I glared at the girl in the mirror. “You’re supposed to be dead” I stated.
I stopped thinking about being human again years ago, and here I am, looking like I was human. I sighed in defeat. I looked for a brush, and found a dark blue brush. I smiled. I loved blue. Cane probably told him. Wait, since when did I call my brother by his name? His name is Sharktooth, not Cane.
As I brushed my hair, I heard the door open. I didn’t have to look over my shoulder; I only had to look in the mirror to see that Cane had come in. I thought it again, it’s not Cane! It’s Sharktooth, I fought inside my head. I saw Sharktooth smile. I smiled back. “Coming to see your dear sister again?” I asked playfully. He laughed.
I grinned. I turned around as I finished, and ran to give him a hug. The hug felt great. His skin was warm, which alarmed me greatly. I stepped back, still holding his broad shoulders, and looked at him. He was as handsome as ever. He had blonde hair, brown eyes, and tan skin. He was a little taller than me now.
I frowned. I was not satisfied. Vampires grow, but they weren’t supposed to grow this fast. His past was catching up to him fast. I finally decided to get to the point. I scowled at him. “I am not happy. Why would you try to be human again!! That is like the stupidest thing I have ever heard!” I spat. He cringed.
I glared at him; I was not going to give up just because my words hurt him. He sighed, getting that I wasn’t going to take it back. “I just wanted to be human again. I wanted look normal, live a normal life, with my sister” he stated. I cackled. “You think I am happy to be human again? You got another thing coming!” I hissed. He started to glare at me.
“Until they decide to let us go, I am going to be human, and so are you. Get over it” he spat at me. I scowled. How dare he talk to me like that! I jumped at him, fist in the air. We fell to the ground, me pounding his warm body, him defending himself. I felt a tug on the back of my jacket, as I was lifted off of my brother.
I snarled, and looked back to see who had stopped our fight. It was Mason. I growled at him. “How dare you stop our fight! You had no right!” I snarled. He shook his head. “I had every right. You do not want to be covered in bruises when you go to school, do you?” he asked. I glared at him.
Did I want to go to school with bruises? Did I want to go to school at all? I thought about these questions as I held my ground. I saw my brother’s body shift in the background, and turned to him. I hissed at him. “When we go to school, you may be my brother, but I will never talk to you again! I hate you!” I snarled. I walked over to Mason. “Let’s go” I said.
He nodded, and followed me out the door. I could hear my brother’s footsteps behind Mason. I finally realized that I didn’t know where I was going, so I stared at Mason, until he got it.

At the school…..

Everybody was staring at me. I knew I was beautiful, but I did not like how I looked. I had put my brown hair into two high ponytails before we left, and it had made me looked cuter. I hadn’t meant to look cute, I just didn’t like my hair in my face. I walked over to the office, Cane following behind me.
A woman was playing with her nails when we came in. She looked up in astonishment at us, probably dazzled by our beauty. I smiled. I wanted to make a good impression. I knew I would get punished if I didn’t. “I am Eleni Madison, and this is Cane Madison. We are the new students. Can we have our schedules, please?” I asked her sweetly.
She nodded, still dazzled, and handed us our schedules. “Can I see yours?” Cane asked me. I just glared at him, and kept silent. I walked over to my first class as the bell rang. I saw most of the kids gasp as they saw me. My brother was still a year younger than me, so he probably wouldn’t be in any of my classes. My teacher just gaped at me.
“I am sorry to disturb you, but I am the new student” I said. The teacher broke out of his trance, and took my schedule in his hands. He looked over it, and smiled. “Well, welcome to class, Miss Madison. Please take a seat” he said. I nodded, and sat down next to a girl with blond curly hair.
School might not be too bad…. Who am I kidding! It’s going to be horrible!!
