Well, I've done more to it. I wasn't thrilled with the pigment of his skin, so I changed it a bit.. made it more fleshy I guess. I've also spent some time on his shirt, adding some texture and whatnot.
I don't know how much more I'm gonna do on this piece, other than perhaps add a background.
